Homemade Hummus


Recipe Serves: 8-10

Serving Size: 1/4 cup



Garbanzo Beans, no salt added, drained

15 oz


2 cloves

Tahini (sesame butter) (optional)

1 tbsp

Lemon, juiced

1/2 Lemon


1 tbsp


2 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Add Garlic cloves to food processor and pulse until chopped well.
  2. Add drained garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, oregano and water to food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  1. Serve with rice crackers or vegetables strips and enjoy!
