Serving Size: 1 Stuffed Tomato
Tomatoes, Medium-Large, On the Vine
Grilled Chicken, Shredded
Bell Pepper, Chopped
Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- Wash tomatoes. Cut the tops off of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides, leaving the tomato intact. Set aside.
- In separate bowl, add chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, shredded chicken, Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Mix together.
- Scoop and stuff the mixture into each of the tomatoes and enjoy!
