House Salad



 Spring Lettuce Mix

1/2 cup

 Grape tomatoes

4 count

 Red Onion, Sliced

1/4 cup


House Dressing



 Olive Oil

1 Tbsp

 Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp

 Lemon Juice

2 tsp

 Black Pepper

1 pinch

 Garlic, minced

1 tsp



  1. Rinse and dry lettuce and tomatoes, peel and slice red onion.
  2. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onion to a large bowl. Toss.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, and minced garlic. Use fork to mix.
  4. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
