Green Chili Turkey Burgers


Recipe Serves: 6

Serving Size: 1, 4oz Burger



Ground Turkey

1 lb

Canned Green Chiles, Diced

4 oz

Panko Bread Crumbs

1 cup

Garlic, minced

1 clove


1 tsp

Cooking Spray



  1. Blend green chilies, garlic and spices until smooth.
  2. In a bowl mix ground turkey, green chili puree and Panko bread crumbs.
  3. With Hands, mold the mixture into 4oz burgers.
  4. Heat non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  5. Cook each burger while covered to desired preference.
  6. Top with tomato, red onion avocado, wrap in lettuce, and enjoy!

Quick Tip: These are also great on the grill!
