Cauliflower Pizza Crust


Recipe Serves: 4-5

Serving Size: 1-2 slices



Cauliflower, stalk removed

1 head

Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

1/2 cup


2 Eggs

Parmesean Cheese

1/4 cup

Garlic Powder

1 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Break cauliflower into small pieces and put into a food processor. Pulse until cauliflower has become very fine.
  3. Move blended cauliflower to a baking sheet. Bake for 22 minutes and stir once. Let cool.
  4. Increase oven temp to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Transfer cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze until very dry.
  6. Combine cauliflower with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  7. Mold into pizza crust shape.
  8. Bake for 18 minutes.
  9. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of choice and then re-bake until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
