Black beans, low sodium, drained and rinsed

Corn, low sodium, drained and rinsed

15 oz

Shallot, diced

1 whole

Garlic, minced

2 cloves

Cherry tomatoes, halved

3/4 cup

Cilantro, minced

1/4 cup

Cayenne pepper

1 tsp

Lime juice

1 lime


  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together.
  2. Keep refrigerated, serve chilled and enjoy!
