Lemon Tartlets

Serving Size: 1 tartlet


Shortbread tartlet shells16 Ct.
Lite cool whip1 cup
Lemon Greek yogurt, light6 oz
Strawberries, sliced1/4 cup
Blueberries1/4 cup



  1. In bowl mix the Cool Whip topping and the lemon Greek yogurt together.
  2. Scoop a small amount of the mixture into each mini tartlet, filling it about ½ way to the top. Discard excess.
  3. Top each tartlet with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Keep refrigerated, and enjoy!
