Baked Cinnamon Apples

Serving Size: 1/2 cup




4 Medium Apples (Gala, Braebum or Golden Delicious)

4 Whole

No sugar added apple juice

1/2 cup

  1. Peel each apple and remove the core.
  2. Cut the apples into bite size pieces.
  3. In a large sauce pan combine diced apples, apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg and heat over medium heat until soft.
  4. Serve warm and top with calorie free whipped topping. Enjoy!
