Eggs

1 Large Whole + 1 White

Spinach

1/4 Cup

Onion, chopped

2 Tbsp

Bell Pepper, chopped

2 Tbsp

Avocado

1/4 Avocado

Black Pepper

1/4 tsp

Garlic, minced

1/2 clove

Salsa

2 Tbsp

Cilantro, chopped

1 Tbsp

Olive Oil Spray

1 Second Spray

 

Instructions

  1. Chop spinach, cilantro, onion, bell pepper into rough chops
  2. Mince garlic
  3. Crack eggs and scramble with fork
  4. Add vegetables and garlic into egg mixture
  5. 1 second olive oil spray to pan and heat to medium
  6. Pour egg mixture into pan
