Plain Fat-Free Yogurt

1/4 cup

Blackberries, rinsed

2-3 count

Strawberries, rinsed and sliced

2-3 count

Blueberries, rinsed

10 count


1 Tbsp

Slivered Almonds

1 Tbsp

Optional: Honey for drizzle

1 tsp



  1. Scoop 1/3 of yogurt into serving bowl
  2. Add 1/3 berries to parfait (3-4 berries)
  3. Add spoonful of pepitas and slivered almonds
  4. Continue layers 2 more times
  5. Top with drizzle of honey if desired
