Bariatric Patients Requiring Follow up Care

At the Weight Loss Institute of Arizona, we recognize that follow-up care is crucial to your continued weight loss, weight maintenance, or to help you get back on track. For this reason, if you already have a gastric band such as LAP-BAND® we welcome you to our Tucson and Phoenix area weight loss center, regardless of where you had your surgery.

Whether you are new to the Valley, or a long-time resident seeking a higher quality of care at an institute for weight loss, we can assist you. If you are a patient from another practice, we will request all medical records and operative information from your former doctors.

At the weight-loss institute, we will also perform an EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy) when appropriate to evaluate the condition of your esophagus and stomach, as well as the placement of the band. Our surgeons require a complete picture of your band and anatomy in order to provide you with the best possible care.

Joining our practice also includes our support program. This is the key to success for our weight-loss patients and we want you to have access to the same support and information opportunities as our surgical patients.

Let us help you on your way to a fuller, healthier life through weight loss surgery in Tucson, Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe, Arizona. Request your consultation online today.
