Most insurances are a BMI of 35-39.9 with a few health problems having to do with their weight. If the BMI is above 40 most insurances will not require any health problems. AHCCCS can pay for most of your testing in our program but it will not pay for the surgery as of today. In the future we hope to be able to take it!
I have health choice az and wanted to know if anyone has this same insurance? I also wanted to know what the criteria is for gastric bypass?
